Filing Information

Because of the complexity of some insurance plans, we will work with you to determine as closely as possible what your actual cost will be so you don’t overpay and don’t get any surprises. We request that you pay co-payments and other non-covered charges when you arrive for your appointment. Our staff will file all insurance claims for you and will direct the insurance company to make any reimbursements payable directly to you for services for which you have already paid.

Copayments and balances are due at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash or Personal Check.
