Jonathan Lindman, MD, FACS
Dr. Lindman is a part of the hard-working team of physicians and other healthcare professionals at PENTRA.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia with a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology.
He finished at the top of his class, earning the distinguished title of first honor graduate. He received his medical degree at
the Medical College of Georgia in 2000 and finished his otolaryngology specialty training at the University of Alabama-Birmingham in June, 2005.
He is board certified in otolaryngology. Dr. Lindman is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology.
Dr. Lindman provides comprehensive and compassionate ear, nose and throat care to each of his patients. One of the things that first attracted
me to otolaryngology was the ability to practice medicine and surgery for people of all ages. He performs a wide variety of surgical procedures to
meet the needs of his patients. His interests include sinus and allergy problems, snoring and sleep apnea, pediatric issues and salivary gland disorders.
He has presented clinical and basic science research at a number of regional and national meetings. Dr. Lindman enjoys the challenge of staying educated and
informed of the latest treatment innovations available by regularly attending professional meetings and reviewing the medical literature.
Dr Lindman has received additional training from the distinguished German otolaryngologists Drs Johannes Zenk and Heinrich Iro in the minimally-invasive technique
of sialoendoscopy. He has is one few American otolaryngologists offering this valuable service to patients suffering from recurrent salivary gland swelling.
Dr. Lindman is married and has two sons. His hobbies include nutrition, fitness, hand percussion, trumpet and dancing.
